Cancellation/Refund Policy

You may cancel your order at anytime before order is processed. You may receive a refund if  your product is damaged. No refunds will be issued after 5 days. Product must be sent back to company for refund. Customer must contact company via email in order to request a refund (hello@shopnellesnaturals.com). Refund will be issued within 5 days of receipt of damaged item. Due to continuous health scares throughout the world, we do not accept returns of products  already shipped.
